About your Inspector

My name is Jake Beeler and I am a Kansas native living in Derby. I was professionally trained by the NAHI educator of the year 2003 in Kansas City.  After buying several houses and paying for inspections that I was generally dissatisfied with, I decided to go into the business myself. My experience with inspectors is not all bad but, I never felt like I got what I was paying for. The people doing the inspections were always in a huge rush to get the next job. What about MY house? I was mislead and even lied to. I want to give you peace of mind on the largest investment you will most likely ever make. I have no agenda in the Real Estate transaction, other than giving you the truth about the home you are buying.

I personally invest in homes and I will give your purchase the same scrutiny I would give my own. I will give you time to ask questions and answer them honestly....making sure you fully understand each issue before I leave the property.
