What is a Home Inspection?

Home inspections are visual and rarely are any components taken apart. Think of a home inspection as a picture in time. Homes of all ages have different defects or code violations. With an inspection, you will get an indepth computer generated report with pictures stating the condition of the major components of the home. The findings during the inspection are current conditions and in many cases a prediction of what you can expect in the future.
